The best way to make this sandwich is three at a time, which I think is perfect because really you should have three people minimum in any club. The reason for breaking it down this way is because it’s the best use of all the ingredients. One avocado or tomato for example, is two much for one sandwich, but not enough for two. In order to reduce waste I devised it this way. It also has the added benefit of basically using a whole bag of sliced bread so you don’t have to worry about letting it grow moldy.

By making three sandwiches simultaneously, you can create a perfect picnic lunch in one step, or if you do not plan to share, you have two additional club sandwiches ready to go for the next time you have a hankering for a double decker treat.

How to Make Easy Club Sandwiches

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 – Prep

Lightly toast all pieces of bread. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and mustard until fully combined.

Step 2 – Making the Sandwiches

Spread mixture on one slice of toast, top with 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of ham, and a slice of provolone cheese. Take another slice of toast and spread mixture on both sides of the toast.
