- Item out of stock
If part of my order is out of stock and has to be delivered separately, do I have to pay for an extra delivery?
Nope. Even if any item is out of stock and has to be delivered on another day, you’ll just pay for the one delivery, so long as the item in question was part of your original order. If you placed two orders, there would be two delivery fees to pay.
- Recycling old goods
Can you recycle my old electrical goods from QD Stores?
Not only that, QD Stores will happily recycle any old electrical goods that no longer work, so long as you buy an electrical item from them. They’ll also recycle all your old batteries, including AA/AAA, phone and laptop (lithium ion or other) in store.
- Finance
How do I know if I’m eligible for the 0% finance?
Check out the QD Stores eligibility criteria on their website. They use payment service Duologi to process finance payments, for which you have to complete a quick application form. Bear in mind that this will involve a credit check that will be recorded on your credit file.
