How can I get free delivery at VonHaus?
You can get free standard delivery for all orders at VonHaus. This excludes deliveries to the highlands or British isles. Your items should arrive within 3-5 business days for standard delivery.
Does VonHaus have an NHS discount?
VonHaus has a 10% off discount code for those with a Blue Light Card. You can qualify for this discount if you are part of the NHS, Emergency Services, Armed Forces, or a social care worker.
Does VonHaus have Black Friday sales?
You can shop strong discounts at the VonHaus Black Friday sales each November. Our savings experts have previously noted up to 60% off with these sales on selected homeware. If you can’t wait for Black Friday, be sure to check the VonHaus ‘outlet’ page for seasonal discounts.
Can I use multiple VonHaus discount codes per order?
Unfortunately, no. VonHaus only allows one discount code to be used per order. However, with strong percentage discounts or coupons you can still save on your homeware.
Does VonHaus have a warranty?
Yes. VonHaus has a 2 year warranty on all VonHaus branded products. This includes VonHaus, VonChef, Spinningfield, BTFY, Milo & Misty, and Gold Coast. You will need your order confirmation email. There are also 3-25 year warranties on specific products, listed in the warranty terms and conditions.
What is the return policy at VonHaus?
VonHaus will accept returns requested within 14 days of your order being delivered. Once your return request has been accepted, you will have 14 days from then to return your order. Your returned product should be unused and returned as new. For more information, check the ‘return’ page on its website.

How to use your VonHaus voucher code
